Our Blueprint

Prior to the public launch of our project, well-being work in Parkland-Spanaway had already begun. Representatives from all sectors came together to identify community needs and areas for growth. Their insights helped define our project’s strategy, or Blueprint, used to drive community well-being transformation across the length of our project.

We believe in being transparent with our community. We are in this work together. Here are a few ways we demonstrate our commitment to transparency:

  • We clearly outline our project’s timeline, so our community knows exactly what to expect at each stage of the project.
  • We keep our community informed, providing regular updates and communicating changes or unexpected challenges.
  • We are honest and upfront about limitations or constraints that may impact the project, and work to find creative solutions.
  • We welcome feedback and encourage open communication, so residents feel comfortable expressing their thoughts and concerns.

Special thanks to our friends at Blue Zones Project Jacksonville for sharing their messaging in support of their team’s culture of transparency. Our team pledges to uphold this commitment to provide open and honest communication to stakeholders with clear, consistent updates around our progress toward creating a healthier Parkland-Spanaway.

How we do Well-being Work.
